About Me

I am a photographer based in Monterey County, CA and originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a portraiture, weddings & engagements, and maternity photographer. I absolutely love my job and everything that comes with it. I appreciate meeting new people, seeing new places, and the spontaneity in every shoot I do.

 

I have confidence in my work because the artistic flare courses through my bloodstream quite literally. As a child I was my Grandmother's photographic muse. She had taken a few photography classes and used me to sharpen her skills. My other Grandmother has knack for the abstract by creating other worldly colorful dolls, revamping old bottles into colorful retro centerpieces, and paintings so vibrant the world around them seems dull. I had no idea watching their every move when I was a child would eventually lead me down this path. This is a journey you are taking with me. I am still trying to find my place in this world, and I appreciate you giving Hazel Wave Photography a chance to thrive in it.
